Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times start from dispatch and refer to working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Customs and import duties

UK orders are shipped from a warehouse in the United Kingdom, so no customs duties or import charges apply. Orders within the EU are also free of customs duties. For deliveries to countries outside the EU and the UK, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply depending on the destination. These are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the recipient.
